Flannery's Hotel Loyalty Programme: Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
• The loyalty program is valid for individual guests only.
• Qualification is based on the total nights stayed during the previous calendar year.
• Nights booked under leisure groups or corporate groups are not eligible.
• Guests must be double opted in to Flannery's Hotel marketing emails to participate in the loyalty program and receive tier benefits.
2. Tiers and Benefits
Bronze Tier (10 nights):
• Free room upgrade (subject to availability).
• Complimentary welcome card and chocolates.
Silver Tier (20 nights):
• Free room upgrade (subject to availability).
• Late check-out at 2:00 PM (subject to availability).
• Complimentary sweet welcome plate.
• Breakfast available at €8.50 per person.
Gold Tier (30 nights):
• Free room upgrade (subject to availability).
• Late check-out at 2:00 PM and early check-in at 2:00 PM (both subject to availability).
• Complimentary sweet welcome plate.
• Breakfast available at €8.50 per person.
• Two-course dinner available at €22 per person.
3. General Conditions
• Benefits are non-transferable and apply to the guest registered in the loyalty program.
• Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or packages.
• Room upgrades are limited to the next available category and do not include premium suites.
4. Redemption
• Benefits will be offered to you by email prior to arrival and must be requested prior to arrival.
• Some benefits, such as room upgrades and late check-outs, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Exclusions
• Nights booked through third-party booking platforms will not count towards tier qualification.
6. Modification and Cancellation
• Flannery's Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of the loyalty program may result in termination of benefits or disqualification from the program.
7. Additional Charges
• Discounts on breakfast (€8.50) and dinner (€22) apply only to the qualifying guest’s room.
• Gratuities and/or service charges are not included in the discounted rates.
