We have devised this loyalty programme because we wanted to find a way to thank you for staying with us and because we want you to return. It is specifically designed to thank all of our most loyal guests for their business. To join this programme, simply complete and submit the registration form below.
The programme is very simple. Each and every time you stay at our hotel you will be rewarded for your loyalty by earning 1 point for every €1.00 that you spend on accommodation, food or beverage. The points are rewarded to your account on check out based on your total room bill. Therefore, in order to earn points for food and beverage, you must charge these to your room. You can redeem your points earned against free accommodation or meals in our Frankie’s Bar & Bistro or our Galwegian’s Restaurant. When you register, you will receive access to our private Loyalty Programme on our website where you can check your points earned and avail of our special offers.
