Customer Loyalty Programme
We are delighted to invite you to join our new customer loyalty rewards programme. We have devised this loyalty programme because we wanted to find a way to thank you for staying with us and because we want you to return. It is specifically designed to thank all of our most loyal guests for their business. To join this programme, simply complete and submit the registration form in the link below.
The programme is very simple. Each and every time you stay at our hotel you will be rewarded for your loyalty by earning 1 point for every €1.00 that you spend on accommodation, food or beverage. The points are rewarded to your account on check out based on your total room bill. Therefore, in order to earn points for food and beverage, you must charge these to your room. You can redeem your points earned against free accommodation or meals in our Frankie’s Bar & Bistro or our Galwegian’s Restaurant. Subject to availability contact reservations 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. When you register, you will receive regular updates on your points and avail of our special offers.
Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions
- Points are not transferable from one Loyalty Reward Card to another.
- To receive points you must be registered with the hotel at the time the charges are incurred. The account must be in your name.
- Membership commences from the date the application is received. Any amounts paid to our hotel prior to joining the programme will not be rewarded with points.
- Membership points will not be awarded for accommodation booked on a travel industry rate or for complimentary accommodation.
- There is no expiry date for points. All members will be notified if points will be subject to an expiry date.
- Free night stays are only redeemable Sunday to Thursday, subject to availability excluding Bank Holiday Sundays and all nights during the months of July and August
- Flannerys Hotel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the programme at any time. Changes will be notified to all members.
- If the programme is terminated or suspended, unredeemed points will have to be redeemed within 3 months of the date of termination.
- Your data may be used by Flannerys Hotel for marketing purposes, you can unsubscribe at any time.
- By registering/applying for membership of our Loyalty Programme, all participants are agreeing to be bound by the terms & conditions of the programme.
